A typical consultation takes between 45 minutes and an hour. We carefully review your symptoms and you will be asked to complete a short confidential questionnaire. Our testing is non invasive and uses electrodermal testing to assess food intolerances.
Hopi Ear Candling
Hopi Ear Candling, also known as Thermo-Auricular Therapy is a treatment that uses hollow wickless candles made from flax, honey, beeswax and soothing herbs.
The candle is inserted a small way into the ear canal, and when lit produces a mild suction effect, gently massaging the ear drum. The treatment can help in the management of sinus congestion and pain, migraines, headaches and excess ear wax.
As the gentle massaging of the ear drum helps to equalise pressure in the inner and outer ear, Hopi Ear Candling can help with pain when flying and with balance problems such as vertigo.

Clients must bring their own test with them and provide the clinic in advance with information on the test, including how many vials must be filled, prior to their appointment. If clients wish to discuss blood tests, this should be discussed beforehand so that the phlebotomist can order these in advance. Please note this service does not include centrifuging.

Sound Therapy
Sound meditation is a type of mindfulness meditation that uses sounds to focus the mind. The idea is that the sound will help to anchor the mind in the present moment and allow client to let go of distractions. Sound healing (also called sound bathing) brings about a meditative state that can nurture inspiration through opening up to the many therapeutic tools of sound.
The sound baths combine a mix of different instruments because each gives off different frequencies, or vibrations such as Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, rattlers and rain sticks, koshi chimes.
In ancient cultures all over the world, sound has been used to aid meditation and healing. When sound waves reach our ears, they are converted into electrical signals that travel up the auditory nerve, and into the auditory cortex, the part of the brain that processes sound. Once sound waves reach our brain, they trigger certain responses in our bodies. These responses, triggered by the vibrations of sound instruments, can help to heighten one’s intuition, clarity of mind, as well as deep meditative and peaceful states.
Sound meditation can be an effective way to reduce stress and promote relaxation. It can also improve sleep quality and increase feelings of well-being.
In addition, sound meditation can be used to cultivate concentration and develop greater insight into the nature of reality.

Deep Tissue Massage, as its name says, focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It is designed to reach the deep sections of thick muscles, specifically the individual muscle fibres.
Using deep muscle compression and friction along the grain of the muscle, the purpose of Deep Tissue Massage is to unstick the fibres of the muscles and release both toxins and deeply held tension points.
Specific hand positions and strokes are used to respond to various tissues while breath and movement techniques are employed to release muscular congestion.
It helps to loosen muscle tissues, release toxins from muscles and get blood and oxygen circulating properly. It is both corrective and therapeutic. It is beneficial for many physical problems, including sports injuries and chronic pain. Because it works very deeply, emotional issues can also be addressed, when these have been stored in the body.
