Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathy is a whole medicine system which combines various natural therapies to promote healing and enhance and maintain health. Naturopaths aim to treat the underlying cause of illness and disease, whilst also treating the acute symptoms the patient is experiencing.

Acupuncture is a system of healing that has been practiced in China and other Eastern countries for thousands of years. It focuses on overall well-being, rather than the isolated treatment of specific symptoms.

Counselling
Counselling is an individual experience that offers the opportunity to explore thoughts, memories, fears and feelings in a safe, supported and non-judgemental environment.
Some people come to counselling with a particular issue; such as relationship problems, low self-confidence, depression or bereavement. Others find therapy useful for gaining a perspective on the past, helping make better decisions in the present and opening up more possibilities for the future.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a direct extension of osteopathy, focusing on the movement of the cranial, facial and pelvic girdles. It can help in the management of sinus problems, headaches and neuralgia, chronic pain and lower back pain. Craniosacral therapy is an incredibly gentle and non-invasive form of treatment and is especially effective for babies and young children.
Food Sensitivity Testing
Our programme for testing food intolerance and sensitivity is a highly accepted form of assessing a person’s reported symptoms, where sensitivity to a food may be implicated. A typical consultation takes between 45 minutes and an hour. We carefully review your symptoms and you will be asked to complete a short confidential questionnaire. Our testing is non invasive and uses electrodermal testing to assess food intolerances.
Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions. It works with the structure and function of the body, and is based on the principle that the well-being of an individual depends on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues functioning smoothly together.
Phlebotomy
Phlebotomy services are also known as venipuncture when blood is drawn from the vein in order for the samples to be used by a laboratory for a range of tests which may have been requested by your CAM therapist, GP or other healthcare provider. Blood can be collected via venipuncture, finger pricks, or in the case of infants, heel pricks.
Reflexology
It uses the application of pressure to treat the whole body through a series of 'reflex points'. This encourages the flow of natural energy (chi) to help the body heal itself. Every aspect of our physical body is mirrored in the feet, thus allowing a complete body treatment.
Reflexology can help in the management of stress-related ailments including migraine, PMS, irritable bowel syndrome, insomnia and lethargy, as well as promoting a sense of calm and well-being.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese ancient technique form of alternative medicine called energy healing. It’s a gently, simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self- improvement that everyone can use. Reiki encourage the whole person including mental, emotional and physical healing, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
When our life force energy is low then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress and if it is high we are more capable of maintaining our inner-peace and
health. During the Reiki session the energy flows to wherever it is needed in the body, the practitioners use a technique called hands-on healing whereby a "universal life energy" is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client's fully clothed . The treatment can feel like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.

Hot Stone Massage
The stones are typically made up of basalt as it is a material with a high iron concentration and can, therefore, retain a lot of heat. The stones are heated usually to around 70 degrees Celsius. The stones are then placed on specific points of the body to ease muscle tension. The hot stones promote faster blood circulation as they warm the underlying tissue; the muscles become more relaxed which allows the therapist to access deeper muscle layers.

Sports Massage is the use of massage for specific benefit of all sports and exercise participants. It is a form of deep tissue massage that encourages and allows you to perform at the best of your ability, primarily by helping to prevent injury by keeping the tissues flexible, reducing post exercise fatigue and maintaining good muscle tone.
Remedial massage combines a number of advanced techniques with massage therapy, whilst identifying and treating musculoskeletal conditions.
Swedish Massage
The term "Swedish Massage" refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed aid relaxation of the muscles by applying pressure to them and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart.
Therapeutic Massage
On a physical level, therapeutic massage works to relieve tension from tight and sore muscles, breaking down muscle knots and assisting the flow of blood and lymph.
Mentally, it can help to relieve stress and anxiety, and helps to prevent the build up of muscular tension. Therapeutic massage can help in the managing circulatory problems, sore backs, stress and general aches and pains.
